A few things worth knowing — by booking, paying, or using the studio you agree to these terms. Full detail is at southweststudios.org/legal (or scan the QR code at the desk).
The basics
- £40 per 3-hour session.
- Sessions start and end on the slot time. Please be packed up by the end of your slot.
- Bring your own instruments. We aren't responsible for anything you leave here — please insure your own gear.
Cancelling or changing a booking

| Less than 24 hours, or no show | No refund |
You can change date/time up to 48 hours before, subject to availability. Within 48 hours is a cancellation.
If you paid by card, refund amounts may exclude unrecoverable third-party payment processing costs where the law allows. Moving a booking is usually better than refunding — contact us as early as possible and we'll try to help.
House rules
- No alcohol or drugs anywhere in the building.
- Smoking and vaping outside only.
- Keep the volume reasonable for neighbouring rooms — if we ask you to turn down, please do.
- Under 18s must be supervised by a responsible adult the whole time.
- Tell us straight away if you break or damage anything.
- Be kind to each other. Abusive or discriminatory behaviour will end a session.
